Three Square in Las Vegas is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our website, paid ads, Mailchimp emails, social channels, and analytics. You will publish content, monitor performance, and act as the daily voice of the organization across platforms.

The role reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and focuses on growing online giving, volunteer signups, advocacy, and community engagement in Southern Nevada.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience across website, social, email, and paid ads.
• Experience with WordPress, GA4, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media scheduling tools, and Canva.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Google Ad Grants experience preferred; HTML & CSS fundamentals preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage Google Ad Grants to maximize grant usage.
• Update day-to-day content on WordPress site.
• Apply SEO and WCAG accessibility best practices.
• Edit captions and schedule content for social media.
• Maintain social media content calendar.
• Engage with community and route inquiries.
• Prepare monthly digital performance reports.
• Maintain GA4, UTMs, and conversion tracking.
• Coordinate with agency on email calendar.
