Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist in Juneau. You will develop and manage content across digital platforms, support campaigns, and contribute to SEARHC’s messaging strategy.

The role emphasizes accuracy, brand consistency, and engaging audiences in a nonprofit health setting. You will collaborate with the Digital Content and Strategy team, analyze engagement data, and help drive SEARHC’s digital presence and communications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with relevant field.
2–3 years of communications/marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare or nonprofit.
Familiarity with social media tools, analytics platforms, and digital engagement best practices.

Responsibilities

Create and manage content for web, intranet, social media, email newsletters, and campaigns.
Support digital marketing campaigns aligning with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
Develop internal communications content for updates and leadership communications.
Track digital engagement metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with Digital Content and Strategy Manager, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate initiatives.
Ensure brand identity, tone, and AP style across digital content.
Provide communications support for events and community engagement activities.
