Job summary

ALS United Greater New York seeks a Database Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all database systems and data accuracy through imports and exports. This full-time hybrid role reports to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in Manhattan.

You will lead data hygiene projects, build reports and dashboards, manage permissions, and train staff on CRM features. Non-profit CRM experience with Luminate Online, Raiser's Edge NXT, and Quorum is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in database management.
• Experience with non-profit CRMs (Raiser's Edge NXT and Luminate Online) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data sync across Luminate Online, Raiser's Edge NXT, and Quorum.
• Build queries, reports, dashboards for multiple departments.
• Maintain data integrity and clean up duplicates.
• Serve as back-up for gift entry during high volume times.
• Educate staff on CRM features and provide training.
