Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, investments and fixed assets across ASI and its operating entities.
• Oversee accounting and reporting for the Children’s Center, Student Recreation Center, and Conference Center, and other financial operations including Student Government and clubs.
• Lead monthly close process with timely reconciliations and journal entries; prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and campus auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic operational insights with the CFO.
