• Experience coordinating regulatory filings, policy updates, and data privacy activities.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly to staff across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compliance contact for staff inquiries and coordinate with internal/external counsel as needed.
• Oversee regulatory filings, charity registrations, and related renewals with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain policy review processes, intranet content, and template libraries for compliance.
• Track retention schedules, data privacy inventory, and incident reporting per legal leadership guidance.
