St. Louis Mens Group Against Cancer is seeking a creative Communications & Community Engagement Manager to grow awareness of our mission across the St. Louis community.

The role combines content creation, calendar management and social media outreach to support cancer research, prevention and patient care. This part-time position requires strong writing, organization and independence. You will develop newsletters, website content and impact stories, coordinate with volunteers and staff, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in communications, marketing, PR, social media or community engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media content and scheduling across multiple platforms
• Develop newsletters, website content, announcements and compelling impact stories
• Create and maintain a communications calendar and organized content library
• Gather photos, stories and other mission-focused content; Track communications results and recommend ways to increase engagement
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging
