Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent senior leadership experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible finance leadership
• Strong GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, internal control and audit
• Experience with government-funded services or nonprofit/healthcare funding environments
• Proven ability to develop teams, work with operational leaders and report to a board

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and budgeting with executive leadership to drive sustainability and service quality
• Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, reconciliations and close processes with strong internal controls
• Maintain liquidity, cash forecasting, banking relations, debt management and reserves
• Oversee government contracts and grants budgeting, revenue and compliance reporting
• Lead audits, regulatory filings and board reporting with risk escalation and ethics
• Build finance systems and collaborate with HR, IT and operations
