Job summary

White Tiger Connections seeks an Audit Senior for a boutique non-profit audit firm near Columbus. You will lead fieldwork, manage staff, and own sections from planning to reporting, ensuring timeliness and quality.

Candidates should have 3–4 years in public accounting, non-profit audit experience is preferred, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Strong communication and a willingness to be in the office about two days per week are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of public/firm experience at senior level or ready to be one.
• Non-profit audit experience strongly preferred; familiarity with single audits is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit fieldwork on financial statements and single audits, directing staff and keeping to budget.
• Own sections from planning through reporting under firm leadership review.
• Finalize statements and footnotes; suggest improvements to internal controls.
• Document procedures; maintain clean workpapers; present findings clearly.
• Supervise local staff, coach teams, and provide in-office guidance.
• Communicate status and issues clearly across emails, calls, and in person.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to aid brainstorming and documentation while preserving judgment.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organization and cost-conscious time use.
