CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Not-for-Profit practice in the Midwest. Locations include CLA offices in Minnesota, Illinois, or Iowa. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, work closely with clients, and prepare financial statements and disclosures.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 2 years of audit experience; CPA exam eligibility is preferred. CLA offers competitive compensation with location-based ranges.

• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements for nonprofit clients.
• Collaborate with clients and decision makers during audits and disclosures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures and letters.
• Assess design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality service.
