Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years of audit experience, and CPA exam eligibility preferred. Compensation ranges: Minnesota $71,000–$124,000; Illinois $71,000–$129,000, plus benefits and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements for nonprofit clients.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers during assurance procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures; correspondence on reportable conditions.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to support careers.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
