Job summary

Redpath and Company is seeking an Audit Sr. Associate, Not-for-Profit, to join our professional team in Saint Paul, MN. The hybrid role supports nonprofit clients and leads nonprofit audits with deep U.S. GAAP knowledge.

The candidate will plan, perform, and supervise complex engagements, travel to client sites as needed, and reside in the greater St. Paul/Minneapolis area. A CPA or active licensure is required, with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have nonprofit audit experience or exposure.
• Active CPA license or pursuing licensure.
• 3+ years of nonprofit audit planning, execution, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Work exclusively with nonprofit clients.
• Participate in engagement planning and design nonprofit audit approaches.
• Perform and lead nonprofit audit procedures in complex financial areas.
• Identify accounting and reporting issues per U.S. GAAP and advise.
• Research accounting treatment on nonprofit engagements and consult with staff.
