CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an Assurance Director/Manager to join our growing Non-Profit practice in California. You will manage relationships with clients, assist with funding, oversee audits, and mentor engagement teams to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 6+ years in public accounting with audits, experience leading teams, and CPA licensure. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within CLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement prep and audits.
• Experience leading teams and managing governmental audits and single audits preferred.
• CPA license certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with clients in the nonprofit sector.
• Assist clients in obtaining funding and meeting audit/financial objectives.
• Oversee engagement teams and monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Provide staff development and mentoring to engagement teams.
