Job summary

The Clinton Foundation Finance Department seeks an experienced accounting professional to support accounts payable processing, reconciliations, reporting, and month‑end activities. You will manage credit card administration and assist with audits and tax preparation under Finance leadership.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 5+ years' experience, and knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit fund accounting; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• At least 5 years of professional accounting, accounts payable, or related experience.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting or fund accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoicing, coding, processing, and reimbursements.
• Prepare payment reports and coordinate follow‑ups with departments, vendors, and others.
• Perform monthly close transactions and balance sheet reconciliations; assist with audit and tax support.
