HHM Talent is assisting a client in Chattanooga, TN, to fill an Accounting Manager position. The role oversees the accounting department, directly supervising the Senior Accountant and Accounting Coordinator, ensures accurate and timely financial work, and escalates significant issues to the CFO.

The Accounting Manager leads monthly and year-end closes, prepares financial reports for CFO review, and serves as the primary lead for annual audits while improving controls and workflows throughout

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting is essential.
• Experience supervising staff and guiding professional development.
