Job summary

Randstad USA is recruiting for a nonprofit organization in Kansas City, MO to hire an Accounting Clerk to manage core financial workflows including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and donor reconciliations. You will work in a centralized finance team, upholding internal controls and leveraging technology for process improvements.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Entry-level role with attention to detail.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with correct coding and approvals.
• Handle AP disbursements via check, ACH, and transfers.
• Perform monthly AP reconciliations and assist in audits.
• Generate donor/client invoices and manage AR aging and receipts.
