Cedarstone is seeking a full-time Nonprofit Accountant to join our Financial Operations team. This hands-on role serves as a day-to-day trusted accountant for a portfolio of nonprofit clients, ensuring accurate, compliant financial operations.

You will manage ledgers, close periods, handle AP/AR reconciliations, and deliver financial packages and board reports. The role emphasizes collaboration, client-facing interactions, and clear financial guidance for nonprofit leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Sage Intacct experience preferred.
• Nonprofit accounting experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage general ledger maintenance.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Execute AP/AR reconciliations.
• Produce timely financial packages and board-level reporting.
• Support annual external audits and Form 990 filings.
• Assist with client onboarding and provide actionable nonprofit guidance.
