This role involves providing outsourced accounting services to nonprofits across Arizona and New Mexico, working both virtually and on-site. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable, monthly financial statements, and preparing for audits. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience, with strong communication and Excel skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and related analysis.
• Preparation for outside audits.
