Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Bartender Non-Tipped at Batt en University. This on-call part-time role involves fast, friendly service, crafting drinks and coordinating with servers to keep guests nourished and satisfied.

You will mix beverages, maintain bar stock, and support opening counts and inventory. Flexibility, friendly demeanor, and ability to stand long hours are key requirements for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma of secondary education or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant bartending experience.
• Must be of legal drinking age to serve alcohol per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests, mix and serve drinks with and without alcohol, and create recipes with proper garnishes.
• Ensure the bar area is stocked with the necessary tools and products.
• Prepare accurate opening counts and place inventory/purchase orders as needed.
• Be cordial, diplomatic and attentive when interacting with customers.
• Move around the bar and stand for long periods during shifts.
