Key Responsibilities
  1. Focus on global SPG safety programs, including defining, tracking, and analyzing lab evacuations and safety metrics. Establish global safety council for SPG labs and develop safety tools and processes to improve performance. Coordinate closely with EHS. Responsibilities will expand to include the EPIC facility in SCLA.
  2. Define project and program objectives, complete necessary preliminary activities such as outcome determination, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
  3. Ensure projects and programs are completed per requirements, including specifications, costs, resource utilization, and deadlines.
  4. Document all phases of project, program, and process development, and report or disseminate information as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies on notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  5. Utilize materials and financial resources effectively.
  6. Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity.
Other Requirements

Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and project management scheduling tools.
