Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk in accordance with Federal, State, and investor guidelines.
• Ensure full regulatory and guideline compliance throughout the loan process.
• Issue loan approvals, suspensions, or denials clearly and promptly.
• Maintain high standards for file quality, communication, and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, processors, and senior underwriters.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a growth mindset in a team-oriented culture.
