DSM-H Consulting seeks a project coordinator to work with technical leads on client projects. You will maintain Microsoft Project plans and DevOps, coordinate meetings, drive action items, and think analytically to keep work on track.

Requirements include 2–4 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, and experience with traditional waterfall project management. This is an office-based, 5-day workweek role.

• Serve as a project coordinator working with technical leads on projects
• Responsible for maintaining Microsoft Project Plans and/or Dev Ops
• Coordinating meetings, driving action items, thinking analytically

Typical task breakdown:

• Control Meetings, gathering tasks from team members, updating project plans, analyzing data from changes made to project plan (week over week variances, critical path analysis, etc).
• Understand/implement scrum working with team members for continuous improvement, prioritizing work and having an understanding of the customers backlog and needs.
• Be able to take complex information and break It down into smaller, understandable, actionable pieces of work.

Interaction with team

• This is a client facing position (internal to Client). This employee will need to work with a variety of personalities often with tight deadlines.

• Years of experience: 2-4 years experience required.
