Job summary

DSM-H Consulting is seeking a project coordinator to manage MSP-based project plans and support a multi-divisional team in Decatur, IL. You will coordinate planning meetings, track risks and actions, and report progress to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and fluency in documenting and presenting proposals to clients. Internship experience is welcomed.

Job description

• Part of 20+ member team. Managing project plans for different divisions in Decatur IL, for Client. Team based in TUCSON, DECATUR, AURORA, PEORIA, AUSTRALIA
• Working on a lot of key Client projects – NPI, Electrification, SUPPLY CHAIN AND OPERATIONS, CPI etc.

Typical task breakdown:

• Managing project plans in MSP, facilitating control meetings, facilitating project planning meetings, ensure quality of project plans, tracking risks, actions items and issues associated with projects.
