Essentia Health in Duluth, MN, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our Heart & Vascular team at St. Marys Medical Center.

The role is full-time and involves ambulatory and hospital outpatient work with acute care rotations. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team in state-of-the-art facilities, performing non-invasive imaging and guiding patient care with a focus on prevention and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiovascular disease.
• Expertise in non-invasive imaging modalities.
• Minnesota licensure eligibility preferred.
• CMRI reading would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with emphasis on prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac tests including echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear cardiology, CCT, and CMR.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Participate in teaching and mentorship of residents and medical students.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research if desired.
