The Division of Cardiology at NYU Langone Hospital Long Island is seeking a noninvasive cardiologist with skills in structural transesophageal echocardiography. Skills in cardiovascular CT would also be valuable. Our mission, as part of the NYU Langone Heart Center, is to lead in delivering innovative and transformative cardiovascular care. NYU Langone Hospital is ranked number five in the nation by U.S. News & World Report for Cardiology and Heart Surgery and is renowned for pioneering work in percutaneous aortic and mitral replacement. Our echocardiography team is an integral component of a thriving structural heart program, including electrophysiologists performing complex arrythmia management as well as left atrial appendage occlusion interventions.
The successful candidate for this position will have clinical, academic and research responsibilities focused primarily on advanced echocardiography within the non-invasive cardiology section of the Division of Cardiology. They will also contribute to the development of clinical services and support the growth of quality and clinical performance.
Compensation: $340K-370k
The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
