Intermountain Health in Cedar City, Utah, invites a Board Certified/Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our established cardiovascular team. You will collaborate with one non-invasive cardiologist, two interventional colleagues, and an electrophysiologist within a regional network, providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical school.
• Residency trained and Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Candidate requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-established cardiovascular program at Cedar City Heart Clinic.
• Current practice includes one physician and two Advanced Practice Providers.
• Shared call responsibilities: approximately one weekend every two months; approximately one weeknight every two weeks.
• Hospital call is supported through our regional network in St. George.

How We'll Support You

Compensation

Our competitive compensation consists of a base salary of $718,000 . Additionally, there is up to $100,000 of quality bonuses available in year 2. We are also offering a $30,000 starting bonus. A relocation bonus is also available if applicable.

• Candidate requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
• Will consider new fellows
• Ability to perform TEEs and read Nuc, Echo
