Job summary

ShopRite of New Milford is seeking a Non-Foods Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Non-Foods Department and its Associates, driving department goals in sales, profit, and customer experience. Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work with a variety of products in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Non-Foods Department and its Associates.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals in sales, profit, and customer experience.
• Enforce ShopRite safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency standards.
• Oversee department operations, staffing, training, and performance.
