Job summary

ShopRite of Bayville is seeking a Non-Foods Manager to direct the department and supervise associates to achieve sales, profit and customer experience targets. You will lead onboarding, training and ongoing coaching under the General Store Manager, while upholding safety, presentation and efficiency standards.

The role requires strong reading, math, and people skills, along with the ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and work varied shifts. This is a full-time on-site position in Bayville, NJ.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Non-Foods Department and its associates.

• Ensure proper staffing, training, and attendance compliance.
• Oversee daily tasks and adherence to policies and procedures.
