Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work with various products and endure different temperatures.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to engage and lead associates to meet department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Grocery Department functions and associates to meet goals in sales, profit and customer experience.
• Safely enforce safety, friendliness, presentation and efficiency priorities across the department.
• Maintain staffing, training and performance feedback to support teamwork and customer service.
