Alter Trading is seeking a Full Time Production worker in Davenport, IA to handle inbound non-ferrous metals from the public, weigh them, code the material, and place it in the proper location. The role emphasizes customer service in the Non-Ferrous area and operating equipment to support recycling operations.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service and warehouse experience, with preference for metal scrap background.

The Role:

This position identifies and receives inbound non-ferrous metals to be recycled from the general public. This process is done by weighing material, inputting the correct commodity code into the system and then putting the material in its proper location.
