Job summary

Transport Care Services, LLC. seeks a Non-Emergency Transport Road Supervisor for our DART location to lead safe, on-time passenger transport operations. The role emphasizes driver oversight, safety practices, and high-quality customer service.

You will supervise drivers, conduct safety checks, coordinate with staff and clients, and support continuous improvement of mobility services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean and active driving record required.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, and a criminal background check.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transporting all passengers to destinations safely and on-time.
• Ensure passenger safety at all times.
• Operate motorized lift with training provided.
• Conduct mobility device securement and vehicle cleanliness checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff and passengers.
• Facilitate post-incident retraining as needed.
• Perform site checks and road observations and document findings.

What You'll Do

• Transporting all passengers to their destinations safely and on-time.
• Ensuring the safety of all passengers.
• Operating motorized lift (will provide training).
• Conduct mobility device securement and vehicle cleanliness checks on in service vehicles.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Communicating effectively with staff and passengers.
• Facilitate post-accident, post-injury, post-incident retraining.
• Conduct site checks and road observations according to client and local policy. Document findings accordingly and provide necessary reports to project staff.
• Remaining professional and respectful to our clients of all ages, gender and race.
• Understand and follow driving laws, ordinances, and regulations.
