Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• For-hire driver’s license (Class E) or CDL required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide and facilitate non-emergency patient transportation between pickup locations and destinations in a timely, safe manner.
• Transport patients while maintaining a clean vehicle and work space.
• Provide kind, respectful transportation and follow all safety and organizational procedures.
