Hospital to Home LLC is seeking a compassionate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our Mobile Integrated Healthcare team. You will provide basic life support (BLS), safe patient transport, and assist in delivering high-quality care across settings—from hospitals to patient homes.

We value patient advocacy, teamwork, and safe driving. Must hold EMT certification and CPR; valid driver’s license; ability to lift and assist patients; shift flexibility including days, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

In this role, you'll provide basic life support (BLS), safe patient transport, and assist in delivering high-quality care across a variety of settings—from hospitals to patient homes.
