Job summary

Kid One Transport in Alabama seeks a dedicated Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver for a full-time, on-site role serving Clarke, Escambia, Monroe, and Washington counties. You will transport children and expectant mothers to and from medical appointments, assist with boarding, and maintain a clean, safe vehicle while following routes and schedules.

Qualifications

Must be 25 years old or older.
Valid Alabama Driver's License.
Current vehicle insurance.
Clean driving record.
Live in one of the service counties.
Familiar with surrounding counties.
Comfortable driving long distances daily and maintaining a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Safely transport children and expectant mothers to and from scheduled medical appointments, following designated routes and schedules.
Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicles as needed and ensure their comfort and safety during transit.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document trip details.
Comply with all traffic and safety regulations and communicate clearly with dispatch, caregivers, and medical facilities.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity while supporting families during their medical visits.
