Qualifications

  • Degree, diploma, certificate, or coursework in a related technical field (manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology) or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Basic understanding of inspection or quality control concepts is a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).

Job description

Based in our high-tech production facility in Marshalltown, Iowa, you'll be part of a team that manufactures large, custom-designed control valves used in critical applications around the world.

This role will start in 1st shift for the first 2 to 3 years. It will then transition into a 2nd shift role.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Perform ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on in-process materials.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards using industry-recognized testing methods.
  • Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Support and maintain NDE documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
  • Help keep our NDE facility organized, safe, and efficient.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to process improvements.

For This Role, You Will Need
