Job summary

SRT Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Non-clinical Operations to lead outsourced non-clinical studies for our inflammatory disease pipeline. You will coordinate CROs, manage budgets, and ensure GLP and QA standards across PK, TK, toxicology, and safety studies.

The role collaborates with toxicology, DMPK, CMC, clinical, regulatory, and program management, with remote US work and travel to CRO sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of non-clinical drug development experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings.
• Experience delivering the non-clinical package for INDs or CTAs including Module 4 and SEND datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of outsourced non-clinical studies for multiple programs.
• Source studies and vendors; manage RFPs, proposals, contracts and change orders.
• Manage non-clinical study budgets; forecast spend and provide monthly accruals.
