Complete Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our CNA Class Program in New Jersey. You can work while you study, and we’ll cover your CNA class costs upon successful completion. Full-time shifts are available along with comprehensive benefits.

As a CNA, you’ll provide resident care, assist with daily activities, and document observations. We value teamwork, reliability, and a dedication to resident wellbeing. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CNA certification in New Jersey required.
• Long term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with supplies like blankets and toiletries.
• Monitor and document resident conditions; report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations; work with care teams.

Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
