Complete Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join its CNA Class Program in New Jersey. You can begin work while you study, with the goal of becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) after completing the class.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care
