Job summary

Complete Care is recruiting compassionate individuals to join our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Class Program in New Jersey. You can work while you study and earn valuable hands-on experience as you train to become a CNA.

We provide CNA class tuition coverage, full-time shift opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) and PTO. Strong communication and teamwork are valued as you care for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
