Job summary

Atrium Centers Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation in Ohio is hiring a Non-Certified Aide / Hospitality Aide for an assisted living environment. There is no clinical certification required, and you will help enhance residents' daily experiences with warmth, comfort, and compassionate support.

You’ll support with daily tasks, meals, mobility, and safety, while collaborating with nursing and care staff to maintain a welcoming, respectful environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with non-clinical daily needs such as grooming setup, toileting reminders, and comfort measures
• Provide support with meals, hydration, and resident transport within the facility
• Assist nursing staff by answering call lights and relaying resident needs promptly
• Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
• Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff
• Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies
