Job summary

Iron Mountain in Braintree, MA is seeking a Non CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team. You will safely operate company vehicles, deliver customer orders, and provide excellent customer service while handling and documenting routes.

The ideal candidate is at least 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean record, has one year of box truck route experience, and can lift heavy loads. We offer $25.50 per hour, full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 6:30 until route end, with a pay range of

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and a valid Driver’s License with a consistently good driving record.
• At least 1 year of box truck route transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull 25–350 pounds; walk/stand/sit for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Deliver orders, complete paperwork, and manage route documentation without assistance.
• Support warehouse operations to manage inventory and fulfill orders when needed.
