Job summary

Iron Mountain, located in West Chester, OH, is seeking a motivated Non CDL Driver to join our Transportation team. You will safely operate a company vehicle and provide excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

The ideal candidate is 21+, with a valid non CDL license and a clean driving record, plus at least one year of route experience. You must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and complete paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid non CDL driving license and a consistently good driving record.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Physical requirements: lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins up to 350 pounds, walk/stand/sit for extended periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain non CDL company vehicles following security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders and complete paperwork for routes.
• Collaborate with the operations team and customers to ensure high-quality service.
