Job summary

Iron Mountain in Northborough, MA is seeking a motivated Non CDL Truck Driver to join our Transportation team. You will safely operate a company vehicle and provide excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid Driver’s License and a consistently good driving record; background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins up to 350 pounds; walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and customer service communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Deliver and document orders with accurate paperwork; load, transport, and drive the route without assistance.
• Collaborate with operations and customers to ensure high levels of service and seamless delivery and retrieval.
