Job summary

Maersk is seeking a reliable Non-CDL Straight Truck Driver to join our Elizabeth, NJ team. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of verifiable straight truck experience in the last 3 years, a valid license, and a clean driving record.

The role involves 250 miles daily, 15–20 stops, loading/unloading with pallet jack or liftgate, and occasional installations. The position offers pay at $25.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable STRAIGHT TRUCK/BOX TRUCK experience in the last 3 years.
• Possess a clean driving record and no DUI or criminal history.
• Must pass road test and complete full application process.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Straight Truck.
• Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed.
• Touching freight is required 50% of the time.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries – 15–20 stops.
• Deliver to commercial and residential locations.
• Approximately 250 miles driven daily.
• Some installations may be required.

*The above stated pay is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
