Job summary

Maersk is hiring a Non-CDL Straight Truck Driver in Elizabeth, NJ. The role involves safely operating a straight truck, delivering to commercial and residential locations, and performing liftgate-assisted unloads.

The position runs Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 AM, with an anticipated hourly pay of $25.0. Requirements include a valid driver’s license with DOT medical, a clean driving record, at least one year of straight truck experience, and successful completion of the application

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical certification required.
• Clean driving record and no DUI/criminal history.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable straight truck/box truck experience.
• Must pass road test and complete full application process.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack as needed.
• Complete timely deliveries to commercial and residential locations with 15–20 stops.
• Daily driving about 250 miles and occasional installations.

Pay

Pay : $25.00 per hour

*The above stated pay is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.

Safely operate a Straight Truck Load and unload freight using liftgate and pallet jack when needed touching freight is required 50% of time Complete timely and accurate deliveries- 15-20 stops Deliver to commercial and residential locations Approximately 250 miles driven daily Some Installations may be required
