Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is hiring a transfer driver to move landscaping merchandise from local farms to California retail nurseries. The role is open to non-CDL candidates in Fallbrook, CA 92028, with a paid hourly rate and full-time benefits.

As a transfer driver, you will safely operate a flatbed truck, support delivery operations, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining product knowledge and MVN policies. No CDL required.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with DOT drug & health screen.
• Experience in retail, nursery, landscaping, or related environment preferred.
• Solid management skills with HR and sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a flatbed truck (non CDL) with inventory and equipment.
• Overseeing customer and nursery delivery operations.
• Maintain excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with MVN policies through crew management and training.
• Conduct safety training and performance reviews.
