Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking non-CDL drivers in Baltimore to load, transport, and unload household goods using company trucks. You will lead crews, interact with customers daily, and help ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

The role requires a clean driving record, a commitment to schedules, and adherence to our zero-tolerance drug policy. We offer vacation pay, health benefits, eight paid holidays after 90 days, and opportunities for incentives for outstanding performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Real ID/Driver's license preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and interstate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipments on to and off of the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing.
• Maintain accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist with loading, securing, and moving shipments for interstate transport.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
