Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class B license required.
• Good driving record; background checks will be verified.
• Willing to travel locally and interstate.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading shipment onto/off of truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist in loading trucks/containers for interstate movement.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections on trucks and equipment.
• Maintain documentation and logs for shipments, expenses, DOT records.
