Job summary

Ridout Lumber and Meek’s, divisions of US LBM Holdings, seeks a Non-CDL Driver I in Rogers, AR to safely transport materials to job sites and customers. This entry-level role delivers raw materials and smaller orders and may require state-specific certification.

You’ll maintain safety, accuracy, and customer service standards. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, load organization, equipment inspection, completing delivery paperwork, and collaborating with the supervisor and yard team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience driving trucks required.
• Lumber dumping experience preferred.
• Ability to do basic math, read orders, write instructions and complete forms.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely.
• Deliver and unload materials to customer’s satisfaction.
• Check orders for accuracy and count.
• Organize and secure load.
• Obtain supervisor approval on loads for proper count and conditions.
• Assist in yard/warehouse housekeeping and unloading returned material.
• Complete daily equipment inspection and required paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service.
