Job summary

Ridout Lumber and Meek’s, part of the US LBM family, delivers materials to jobsites and maintains safe, organized yards in Arkansas and Missouri. This role ensures accurate orders, efficient load securing, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for DOT-related responsibilities as required by state law.

High school diploma or GED is required, plus 1–3 years of truck driving experience. Non-CDL Driver II opportunities may arise; a valid in-state driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience driving trucks required.
• Non-CDL Driver II opportunity based on experience.
• DL number valid and in-state required.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely.
• Deliver and unload materials to customer’s satisfaction.
• Check orders for accuracy and organize loads.
• Obtain supervisor approval on all loads for proper count and conditions.
• Assist in loading, unloading and loading documentation.
• Maintain good housekeeping in yard and warehouse.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and paperwork as needed.
