Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Non CDL Local Driver in Aurora, IL. You will safely operate non CDL vans and straight trucks up to 26K lbs, haul paper, and touch freight while following routes, schedules, and safety procedures.

The position runs Monday through Friday with two shifts: 1st 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and 2nd 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Benefits include weekly pay and medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and EAP support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of CDL experience within the past 3 years preferred but not required for non-CDL role.

• Load and unload cargo; lift up to 50 lbs.

Driving Requirements

• 22+ years of age
• Valid license
• DOT Medical Card
• Clear MVR
• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)

What You Will Do

As a Non CDL Local Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
